Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time of request. Pricing may change if project details, quantities, artwork, garment selections, or production requirements change.
Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, spelling, sizing, colors, and placement before production begins. Shirt Shack is not responsible for errors approved by the customer during the proofing process.
Custom Orders & Final Sales
All custom sales are final. Because each order is made specifically for the customer, refunds and returns are not offered once artwork has been approved and production has begun. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us so we can review the situation.
Production & Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, customer approvals, or circumstances outside our control may impact delivery timelines.
Color & Product Variations
Actual garment colors, print colors, embroidery, and product materials may vary slightly from digital mockups, proofs, or previous orders due to manufacturing differences and screen settings.
Customer-Provided Artwork
Customers confirm they have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, images, or artwork submitted for production. Shirt Shack is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-provided materials.
Payments
Payment terms may vary by project. Orders may require deposits or full payment before production begins. Orders will not move into production until required payments have been received.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes requested after approval or after production has started may result in additional charges or delays. Orders already in production may not be canceled.
Shipping & Pickup
Customers are responsible for verifying shipping addresses and pickup arrangements. Shirt Shack is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has shipped.
Limitation of Liability
Shirt Shack’s liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.
Website Use
All website content, branding, graphics, logos, and materials are the property of Shirt Shack unless otherwise stated and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Changes to Terms
Shirt Shack reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
